As an Investment Associate, Amelia Bifano brings a comprehensive and concise understanding of the commercial real estate industry to Greenstone Partners. In her role, she assists the firm’s Wisconsin-based team in advising clients, especially those focused on urban infill retail properties and mixed-use investments. Amelia’s firm grasp of the retail sector stems from her extensive work on commercial properties, direct involvement with tenants and landlords, and representation of retail, multifamily, and institutional clients — including Fortune 500 clients — throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Amelia got her start in the industry by serving as an analyst and account manager before working her way up through the ranks to become a broker. Most recently, she worked as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor for Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke. There, she gained ample experience in advising new-to-market franchise operators and small business owners and further solidifying her love of the fast-paced, but community-centered CRE industry.

Amelia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of North Florida. She is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in both Wisconsin and Illinois. Amelia is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (part of the NextGen CARW Class of 2022), South Shore Yacht Club Membership Committee, and is a Doors Open Milwaukee volunteer.

Outside of the office, Amelia enjoys sailing on Lake Michigan, hiking with her dogs, attending live shows, managing her duplexes, and exploring all Milwaukee has to offer.
