Joe Bono serves as an Investment Associate and specializes in advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of Mixed-use and net-leased retail. Joe has successfully navigated retail investment sales across the United States, working on behalf of clients consisting of private investors, developers, fund managers, and owner-operators in sale-leaseback transactions. Being a Chicago local, Joe has also facilitated the sale of both Mixed-use and retail properties throughout Chicago and the suburbs. Joe is a licensed real estate broker and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Prior to joining Greenstone Partners, Joe was an investment sales broker at Marcus & Millichap’s Downtown Chicago office for three years, where he served as a net-leased retail broker and was part of the National & Net-leased Retail Group. He graduated from the University of Tampa where he studied business marketing.
Born and raised in Chicago, Joe enjoys spending his free time outdoors, traveling to new places and spending time with family and friends.
