KELLY RODENKIRK

Kelly Rodenkirk, Director, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Greenstone Partners. As part of the firm’s Wisconsin team, she will leverage an unparalleled understanding of the region as a lifetime resident to focus on the acquisition and disposition of investment assets across a handful of property segments. Kelly uses her market familiarity to the advantage of clients — lending her intuitive grasp of the Wisconsin market, or working directly with local and national Investors to secure “Grade A” properties and attractive investment deals.

Kelly began her career in sales, gaining beneficial client relations experience before joining Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke in 2017. There, she focused on leasing and sales to both local and national retailers, excelling in owner occupant and landlord representation. Kelly also worked with developers and end users of multi-market retail developments.

She has earned numerous career accolades, including: winning the 2019 Commercial Association of Realtors — Wisconsin NextGen Collaboration Award; recognition as a BizTimes “Rising Star in Real Estate” in 2022; and serving as a Retail Market Presenter for the 2020 CARW & NAIOP Market Update. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin, and Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate Women.

At the University of Wisconsin — Milwaukee, Kelly graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis on Marketing and Real Estate. 

When she’s not working, Kelly enjoys competitive sailing and golfing in the summer and, in the winter, she likes getting on the ice for curling. She also volunteers for Historic Milwaukee, Inc. and serves as a docent of the Milwaukee Public Central Library.
