Paul Tesdal serves as a Senior Director at Greenstone Partners and brings multidisciplinary commercial real estate experience to his clients. Paul’s national expertise in office, flex, industrial, and net-leased property sales has enabled him to complete assignments varying in scope and size, whether it be a standalone asset or large portfolio disposition. Throughout his career, Paul has closed more than $700 million in transactions – representing over 11 million square feet in 18 different states – for clients ranging from private investors and equity funds to institutions and publicly traded REITs. Today, he focuses on office, flex, and industrial and net-leased investment sales ranging from $5 to $50 million.
With nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Paul started his career in property management, progressing to landlord and tenant representation before establishing himself as one of the top investment sales brokers in Chicago. Paul has been awarded and recognized as a CoStar Power Broker, NAIOP Rising Star, CRE Future Leader, and most recently, the 34th Chicago Real Estate Awards’ Investment Broker of the Year. He was also named a finalist for Illinois Real Estate Journal’s Broker Team of the Year. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is a member of ICSC, NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and SIOR.
Paul studied finance and economics at Indiana University. He is active in charitable organizations and is a four-time champion BGYFL youth football coach. Paul was born in California and lived in Ohio, Indiana, and Tennessee prior to moving to Illinois in 2009. In his free time, Paul enjoys time with his fiancée, Emily, and dog, Nelly, as well as hitting the links, skiing, attending live events, entertaining and cooking with friends, and traveling.

He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers, NAIOP, The Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and SIOR.
