Jordan Multack of Greenstone represented the seller, a Chicago-based developer, and procured the buyer, a private, local 1031 exchange investor. Located at 6336-6360 W. Belmont Ave., the asset offers a mix of simplex and duplex layouts as well as onsite parking.
