Cohen brings experience across urban Chicago investment sales and nationwide capital markets advisory. In total, he has participated in more than $315 million in commercial real estate transactions, including nearly $300 million in debt brokerage across multifamily, retail, office, and industrial asset classes nationwide.
His background in both investment sales and debt advisory provides clients with a comprehensive perspective on structuring and executing commercial real estate transactions.
Alex is a native New Yorker and moved to Chicago in 2024 with his wife and bernedoodle, Sadie. He is an avid baseball fan and frequents Wrigley Field, his favorite ballpark. In his spare time, Alex volunteers at PAWS Chicago at their adoption center in Lincoln Park.
