Connor Sheedy is an Investment Sales Analyst at Greenstone Partners, where he supports the firm’s top producers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets. He is actively involved in underwriting, valuation, and financial analysis across a variety of deal types.
Originally from San Francisco, Connor gained experience in multifamily property management before transitioning into investment sales. He refined his underwriting expertise through academic coursework, hands-on deal experience, and the Adventures in CRE program.
Connor attended Marquette University, graduating with a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Marketing. During his time there, he was an active member of the Real Estate Club, Marketing Club, and Golf Club. He is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker.
A passionate sports fan, Connor enjoys attending games or watching with friends. In his free time, he can be found running along the lakefront, playing golf, or staying active with pickleball and basketball.
