Jessica Langner is the Senior Marketing Manager for Greenstone Partners spearheading all marketing efforts for the brokerage firm.
With over 10 years of Commercial Real Estate and Construction marketing experience in the Chicagoland area and diverse U.S. markets, Jessica brings extensive knowledge in multifamily, retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and development sectors. She has collaborated with both large and boutique CRE companies, delivering impactful strategies.
Known as a creative problem solver, strategic innovator, and dedicated team player, Jessica thrives on driving results and creating strong relationships. She considers herself “forever a tourist in Chicago”, with a deep passion in educating and immersing herself in Chicago’s history, architecture, and culinary arts.

Jessica graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications and minor in Spanish.
