Alexander Tychalski is an Investment Associate at Greenstone Partners, where he focuses on multifamily properties throughout the Chicago MSA. He works alongside Partner Jordan Multack, Director Jacob Goldstein and the broader investment sales team, supporting financial analysis, underwriting, market research, and the marketing and execution of multifamily investment sales assignments.
Alexander joined Greenstone Partners after earning a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Miami. While at Miami, he served as Vice President of the university’s Real Estate and Finance Association, where he helped coordinate industry networking events and programming for fellow students. He is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker.
Outside of Greenstone, Alexander enjoys boxing, running, and staying active. He recently ran the Chicago Marathon in support of the Huntington’s Disease Society of America.

Alexander attended University of Miami, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate.
