Greenstone Partners, a leading commercial real estate investment and advisory firm, is pleased to announce the promotions of Alexander Tychalski and Charlie Vietzen to Investment Associates, recognizing their continued growth, contributions and expanding roles within the firm’s investment sales platform.
In his new role, Tychalski will focus on multifamily properties throughout the Chicago MSA, working alongside Partner Jordan Multack and Greenstone’s broader investment sales team. He will support financial analysis, underwriting, market research, marketing and the execution of multifamily investment sales assignments.
Vietzen will focus on flex and industrial properties throughout DuPage County and the greater Chicagoland market, working alongside Managing Partner Jason St. John and Greenstone’s broader investment sales team. In his expanded role, he will support underwriting, market research, business development and transaction execution across the firm’s flex and industrial investment sales assignments.
