Jason St. John is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Greenstone Partners and a commercial real estate investment sales advisor specializing in the acquisition and disposition of retail, office, and industrial properties throughout the Chicago market. With nearly 19 years of experience, Jason has completed more than $850 million in commercial real estate transactions, advising property owners and investors throughout the Chicago market.
Prior to co-founding Greenstone Partners in 2013, Jason spent nearly six years with Marcus & Millichap’s Downtown Chicago office, where he was recognized as a Top 20 National Office and Retail Investment Sales Broker. Throughout his career, Jason and Greenstone Partners have received numerous industry honors, including being named a 2025 and 2024 Top Midwest Brokerage Firm in Midwest Real Estate News’ “Best of the Best,” 2023 and 2022 Broker Team of the Year, Investment Sales by the Real Estate Journals Real Estate Awards, and 2025, 2023, and 2022 Private Capital Markets Investment Broker of the Year by the Greater Chicago Food Depository Real Estate Awards.
In addition to advising clients, Jason plays an active role in mentoring Greenstone’s brokerage team and expanding the firm’s market presence.
He is active in the Chicago real estate community and charitable organizations, including Imerman Angels, and serves as a mentor for the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation’s real estate program.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys golfing, biking, hiking, traveling, and attending Chicago Bears games.
