Greenstone Partners has arranged the sale of a single-tenant property in Irving Park on Chicago’s Northwest Side. The $2.05-million sale was brokered by Greenstone senior director Brewster Hague, who represented the seller, a funeral home operator, and procured the buyer.
“This was a rare, adaptive reuse opportunity located just down the road from the planned $150-million Northwestern Medicine Advanced Outpatient Care Center in Old Irving Park, which broke ground earlier this year,” said Hague. “The buyer, a funeral home operator, saw and took advantage of the chance to acquire a premier urban infill land site that will soon reap the transformational benefits Northwestern Medicine will have on the neighborhood.”
The 17,260-square-foot building is located on a 27,723-square-foot section of property at 3914-3920 W. Irving Park Rd., with 220 feet of prime frontage on Irving Park Road and 123 feet of frontage on Springfield Avenue.
