Greenstone Partners announces 3120 W. 26th Street in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, has sold for $1,875,000. The fully-occupied property comprises 7,519 square feet of leasable area and has two retail tenants and one apartment. Greenstone Partners’ Investment Associate Arjav Patel and Partner Brewster Hague represented the seller, GW Properties, in the transaction.
“The corner location of this property is one of the many reasons we had strong interest from both local and out-of-state investors,” said Patel. “Little Village is known for being the second highest grossing shopping district in Chicago and features vibrant retailers and markets.”
“At the time of closing, the retail was leased to two internationally recognized tenants: Pollo Feliz, a Mexico-based restaurant, and SuKarne, a Mexico-based meat distributor. The property is located directly across the iconic Little Village Plaza, a 132,000 square foot shopping mall redeveloped in 2023. All of the fundamentals are there to make this a compelling investment,” said Hague.
