Greenstone Partners, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm in Chicago, announceed the sale of a Chicago MSA flex-industrial portfolio comprised of a total of 117,000 rentable square feet spread across three premier properties located at 2200 Ogden Avenue and 1997 Ohio Street in Lisle, Illinois, and 3170-3190 MacArthur Boulevard in Northbrook, Illinois.
The $9.4 million deal was brokered by Greenstone Partners’ Senior Director Paul Tesdal and Managing Partner Jason St. John.
The portfolio is comprised of two multi-tenant buildings and one single-tenant property and consists of 10 tenants from wide ranging industries, including healthcare, technology, marketing services, e-commerce, wholesale distribution, and custom design/build.
Greenstone Partners exclusively represented the seller, a Chicago based investment group. Through a competitive bid process, Greenstone also procured the buyer, a West Coast-based real estate investment group.
The closing signifies the fourth flex-industrial or office portfolio over 100,000 square feet sold by Greenstone Partners within the last 26 months and also marks the 32nd industrial, flex-industrial, office, and medical office sale within the same period.
