Greenstone Partners is pleased to announce the closing of two multifamily transactions totaling $3.27 million across Chicago’s Wicker Park and Bridgeport neighborhoods. The transactions were facilitated by Greenstone Partners Partner Jordan Multack, with Director Jacob Goldstein also representing the firm on the Bridgeport transaction.
The transactions include the sale of 1226 N. Greenview Ave. in Wicker Park for $2.245 million and 3201–3203 S. May St. in Bridgeport for $1.025 million, demonstrating Greenstone Partners’ continued activity across Chicago’s multifamily investment market.
1226 N. Greenview Ave. | Wicker Park — $2.245 Million
Multack represented the transaction involving 1226 N. Greenview Ave., a recently renovated, eight-unit multifamily property located in Chicago’s highly desirable Wicker Park neighborhood. The 6,500-square-foot property features six one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and two two-bedroom/two-bathroom units.
Located just steps from Division Street, the property benefits from strong rental demand and immediate access to Wicker Park and West Town’s established retail, dining, and entertainment corridors. The building features modern finishes, including hardwood flooring, in-unit laundry, private balconies, updated kitchens, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Individual HVAC systems and separately metered utilities provide for efficient operations and limited landlord expenses.
3201–3203 S. May St. | Bridgeport — $1.025 Million
Multack and Goldstein represented the transaction involving 3201–3203 S. May St. in Chicago’s Bridgeport neighborhood. The property consists of a three-unit multifamily building with an additional non-conforming coach house, together with an adjacent development lot.
The property offered a combination of existing rental income and future value-creation opportunities, including potential rent growth, additional parking income, and development optionality through the separately parceled adjacent lot. The property also benefits from separately metered electrical service, individual furnaces and hot water heaters, and in-unit laundry.
“We’re pleased to have successfully closed these two transactions across Wicker Park and Bridgeport, representing a combined $3.27 million in multifamily sales,” said Jordan Multack, Partner at Greenstone Partners. “Both properties presented unique opportunities for investors, and these closings reflect the continued demand we’re seeing for well-positioned multifamily assets throughout Chicago. We appreciate our clients’ trust and are proud to have worked alongside Jacob on the May Street transaction to bring both deals to a successful close.”
The combined $3.27 million in closed transactions underscores Greenstone Partners’ continued momentum in Chicago’s multifamily investment sales market and the firm’s ability to execute transactions across a diverse range of multifamily assets.
