The firm’s Managing Partners Danny Spitz and Jason St. John represent the seller and are marketing 2001 N. Clybourn, a fully leased 24,314-square-foot boutique brick and timber loft office building in Lincoln Park listed for $6,885,000. The team is also representing the fully leased 12,291-square-foot retail and medical property located at 2954 N. Sheffield in Lakeview for $6,465,000.
Spitz and Senior Director Brewster Hague are representing the sellers and are marketing another 23,722-square-foot mixed-use building located at 855 W. Belmont in Lakeview for $6,175,000.
