Alec Duckler is an Investment Analyst at Greenstone Partners, where he supports the firm’s investment sales team through financial analysis, underwriting, market research, and transaction execution. He specializes in suburban multifamily properties throughout the Chicago MSA, working alongside Michael Duckler to advise property owners and investors on multifamily investment opportunities.
Alec joined Greenstone Partners through the firm’s internship program before transitioning into his full-time role as an Investment Analyst. Through his experience at Greenstone, he has developed a strong foundation in multifamily investment sales and works closely with the firm’s brokerage team throughout the transaction process.
Alec graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing.
Outside of Greenstone, Alec is a music enthusiast and cinephile and enjoys following the Green Bay Packers and University of Iowa athletics.
