Charlie Vietzen is an Investment Associate at Greenstone Partners, where he focuses on Flex and Industrial properties throughout the Chicago MSA. He works alongside Jason St. John and the broader investment sales team, supporting acquisitions, underwriting, market research, and the marketing and execution of investment sales assignments.
Charlie began his career at Greenstone as an intern before joining the firm full-time. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a double major in Finance and Real Estate.
Outside of Greenstone, Charlie enjoys golfing, pickleball, attending sporting events, and spending time with friends and family. He is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker and a recipient of the Chick Evans Scholarship.

Charlie attended the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a double major in Finance and Real Estate.
