She oversees social media strategy, press outreach, property marketing campaigns, and content creation—ensuring Greenstone’s listings, deals, and brokers are consistently positioned in front of the market. Prior to joining Greenstone Partners, Ilma built a strong foundation in commercial real estate marketing, specializing in press strategy, brand development, and content creation. Her work has contributed to measurable growth in media placements, digital engagement, and overall brand awareness.
