JD Cohen is an Investment Analyst at Greenstone Partners, where he supports the firm’s investment sales team through financial analysis, underwriting, market research, and transaction execution. He works across mixed-use, multifamily, and industrial properties throughout the Chicago MSA, gaining experience across a broad range of commercial real estate investment opportunities.
JD joined Greenstone Partners through the firm’s internship program before transitioning into his full-time role as an Investment Analyst. His experience across multiple asset classes allows him to support the investment sales team throughout the transaction process while developing a broad foundation in commercial real estate.
JD graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Finance and Real Estate.
Outside of Greenstone, JD enjoys skiing, playing basketball, spending time outdoors, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
