Since becoming a licensed broker in 2016, Malay has been involved in over $75 million of multifamily transactions throughout the Chicagoland suburbs, with property sizes ranging from 5 to 100 units. He is most active in suburban west and north Cook County as well as DuPage County, covering communities such as Berwyn, Arlington Heights, Elmhurst, and Wheaton.
As a graduate of Saint Mary’s University in Minnesota and prior to joining Greenstone Partners, Malay spent eight years at Marcus & Millichap, where he began his career in Investment Sales Brokerage focusing on suburban multifamily and mixed-use properties. “I’m excited to join Greenstone Partners and expand its suburban mixed-use and multifamily expertise,” said Malay. “Greenstone has established itself as the top private capital brokerage firm in Chicago, providing me an ideal platform to flourish.
