    Chris Malay is a Director at Greenstone Partners, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use investment properties throughout Chicagoland, with a primary focus on suburban Cook, DuPage and Lake Counties.

    Prior to joining Greenstone, Chris spent eight years at Marcus & Millichap, where he established a strong track record representing owners and investors in suburban multifamily and mixed-use investment sales. During his tenure, Chris was involved in more than 100 transactions across the Midwest.

    Outside the office, Chris coaches hockey at Fenwick High School, enjoys golfing, biking with his dog Chelios, and cheering on Chicago’s sports teams with his wife.

    EDUCATION

    Chris graduated from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Business Management.
