Duckler specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties throughout the Chicagoland suburbs, advising clients on transactions ranging from 12 to 350 units.
Duckler’s addition strengthens Greenstone’s multifamily platform, bringing an accomplished transaction history, deep market expertise, and long-standing relationships with private and institutional investors across the Chicago metropolitan area.

Duckler brings over seven years of commercial real estate investment sales experience, most recently at Interra Realty Group, where he completed more than $350 million in multifamily transactions. At Greenstone Partners, Duckler’s tenacity and market expertise will continue to benefit existing clients while expanding his multifamily investment sales presence throughout the Chicagoland suburbs.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Duckler worked at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where he represented professional athletes and advised global corporate brands. His work ethic, background in high-level negotiations and client service continues to influence his relationship-driven approach to investment sales.
