Michael Duckler

Michael Duckler is a Senior Director at Greenstone Partners, where he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use investment properties throughout Chicagoland and the Illinois suburbs. Focusing on transactions ranging from 12 to 250 units, Michael leverages his extensive market knowledge and transaction experience to help investors achieve their acquisition and disposition goals.

Previously, Michael spent seven years at Interra Realty Group, where he established himself as one of Chicago’s leading multifamily investment sales brokers. During his tenure, he completed more than $350 million in multifamily and mixed-use transactions. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Michael worked at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), representing professional athletes and advising global corporate brands. His background in high-level negotiations and client service continues to shape his relationship-driven approach to investment sales.

Michael enjoys exploring Chicago’s neighborhoods and can often be found attending local festivals, visiting art galleries, trying new restaurants, catching Cubs games, or spending an evening at a comedy club.
