Jacob Goldstein is a Director at Greenstone Partners and a commercial real estate investment sales advisor specializing in multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout the Chicago MSA. With more than ten years of experience in multifamily investment sales, Jacob advises property owners and investors on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets, with a particular focus on Chicago’s Northside and lakefront communities.
Jacob joined Greenstone Partners in 2024 after eight years at Essex Realty Group, where he advanced from Associate to Director and focused on multifamily investment sales throughout Chicago. Since becoming a licensed broker in 2016, Jacob has been involved in more than $200 million of multifamily and mixed-use transactions, representing private investors, property owners, and developers across a range of investment opportunities.
His experience spans multifamily properties ranging from smaller apartment buildings to larger assets, including value-add, stabilized, and repositioning opportunities. Jacob’s knowledge of Chicago’s Northside and surrounding communities allows him to provide clients with a detailed understanding of local market conditions and investment fundamentals.
Outside of Greenstone, Jacob enjoys boxing, exercising, traveling, exploring new areas, and playing guitar.
