Chicago-based commercial real estate brokerage firm Greenstone Partners added three new team members and promoted two professionals as the firm continues to grow its platform within the investment sales space.
Arjav “AJ” Patel has been promoted to Director. Since joining Greenstone six years ago, AJ has steadily taken on more responsibility and grown within the company. He focuses on suburban retail centers and is known for his strong work ethic, magnetic charisma, and consistent track record of success. In his new role, AJ will continue to contribute to the firm’s retail efforts.
Greenstone’s commitment to talent development has become a defining element of the firm’s culture and long-term growth strategy. Through a structured internship-to-analyst-to-brokerage progression with ongoing mentorship, the firm continues to invest in the next generation of brokers. The program is designed not only to train entry-level professionals in underwriting and transaction execution, but also to foster leadership skills and provide a clear path for personal development.
This model has produced high-performing team members who go on to build long-term careers at Greenstone. AJ’s advancement is a testament to its success, while three of this year’s promotions are direct products of the firm’s initial 2024 Summer Internship phase. The success of this program reflects Greenstone’s belief that developing talent internally cultivates the integrity and market expertise each advisor brings to their clients.
Connor Sheedy, who joined through the 2024 Summer Internship Program, has been promoted to Investment Associate. A graduate of Marquette University, Connor has quickly become a valuable part of the team. He currently works alongside Partner Brewster Hague, supporting retail and mixed-use transactions in the Chicago urban market.
Alexander Tychalski joins Greenstone Partners as a Investment Analyst. A graduate of the University of Miami with a degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate, Alexander will support the firm’s growing multifamily platform, working with Senior Director Jordan Multack and Director Jacob Goldstein. His responsibilities include underwriting, market research, and transaction execution, with a focus on multifamily and industrial assets.
Both Augie Stilp and Charlie Vietzen advance at the firm into full-time Investment Analysts following their successful completion of Greenstone’s 2024 Summer Internship Program and Academic Year 2024-2025 correspondent work. Both made strong contributions during their internships and now begin their full-time careers with the firm.
Augie Stilp graduated from the University of Iowa this Spring with a degree in Finance. He brings a solid foundation in financial analysis and will support the team across a range of transactions.
Charlie Vietzen, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a double major in Finance and Real Estate, has shown strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset. He will contribute to the firm’s growing deal pipeline and market research efforts.
